Hello, my name is Jane Turner and I am the Parish Nurse for Jonesborough United Methodist Church.
The Parish Nurse Program is available to provide health education to help you achieve your optimal level of health. This is done by one-on-one counseling or small group presentations. The program can also help you if you are admitted to the hospital and provide assistance, if needed, with post-discharge care. As your Parish Nurse, I am available for counseling, health and medication questions, education, and support.
